1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on tb111. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual for any purpose — including, without limitation, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or abusing promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of all balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. tb111 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. tb111 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these T&C, or abuse of bonuses. Upon closure, any outstanding wagering requirement obligations will be voided and bonus funds forfeited; real-money balances will be returned subject to completed verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tb111 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT. tb111 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the transaction.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes subject to network confirmation. Supported deposit methods include:

• Any active wagering requirement (rollover) attached to a bonus must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• tb111 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, for which tb111 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tb111 may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these T&C.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms are as follows:

• A minimum wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount applies to all bonuses unless stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a second welcome bonus through a duplicate account is classified as bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met. Upon expiry of the eligible period, any unmet wagering requirement will void the bonus balance.

Cricket Betting

• Money laundering or using tb111's platform for any transaction related to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to misrepresent your location or to circumvent geographic restrictions.

tb111 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing manual reviews to identify prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, tb111 will take appropriate action immediately, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies as required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tb111, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, and the overall design of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of tb111 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of tb111.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Platform or any of its content.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. tb111's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Any dispute arising between a player and tb111 shall first be referred to tb111's customer support team for informal resolution within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be escalated to a formal arbitration process.
